Our DOT physical exam is offered at a promotional rate of $69. This includes the full FMCSA-required examination and same-day issuance of your Medical Examiner's Certificates (MCSA-5875 & MCSA-5876) when you pass.

Yes. We're open Saturdays and Sundays 9 AM to 5 PM, and weekday evenings 6 PM to 8 PM. We're one of the few DOT physical exam providers in Orange County with regular weekend and evening hours.
